These Terms of Use govern your use of Habitree and Habitree Plus. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Habitree Plus Subscription

Habitree Plus is available as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store Account Settings.

Habitree Plus is subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement .

Habitree Cloud

Habitree Cloud is an optional feature included with Habitree Plus. You may use Habitree Plus without enabling Habitree Cloud and without sharing any personal information.

If you choose to enable Habitree Cloud, your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We strive to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee that Habitree or Habitree Cloud will always be available or error-free. Features may be modified, improved, or discontinued from time to time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
